Shenzhen Everlyte Energy Co., Ltd. was founded in 2022 and incubated by the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen. The company focuses on the development and scaled manufacturing of critical raw materials for all-solid-state batteries, with high-purity lithium sulfide as its current core product. The company has achieved industrialized, continuous and batch production of high-purity lithium sulfide, with annual production capacity of 50 tonnes at its Zhejiang manufacturing base.
The company has received investment from Guohua Investment, Leading Capital, Leaguer Group, Qingyan Electronics, and other financial and industry investors.
